P1 Futures ("P1 Futures," "P1," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by P1 Futures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Our services are provided through www.p1futures.com and related applications (collectively, the "Platform").
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Trader," "you," or "your") and P1 Futures LLC. They govern your access to and use of the Platform and all products and services offered through it.

By creating an account, completing a purchase, or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
- You are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in Section 3.
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- Your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.

At checkout you must affirmatively check a box confirming acceptance of these Terms. We record the date, time, and IP address of that acceptance and retain it as evidence of your agreement. Purchases cannot be completed without it.

The following are incorporated into these Terms by reference and apply to you in the same way:

- Privacy Policy
- Refund and Liability Policy
- Risk Disclosure Statement
- Trading Rules and Account 
- Specifications published on the Platform
- Restricted Jurisdictions list published on the Platform

Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any incorporated document, these Terms control unless the other document expressly states otherwise.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted with an updated Effective Date, and we will maintain dated archived versions of all prior Terms.

Changes to these Terms do not alter the Trading Rules applicable to accounts purchased before the change. See Section 12 for how the Account Grandfather Clause works.
Your continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as they apply to new purchases and to your general use of the Platform.

Account means any evaluation or funded account issued to you through the Platform.
Account Balance means the current cash balance of your Account, being the Starting Balance adjusted for realised profits, realised losses, and Payouts.
Evaluation means a program in which your trading performance is assessed against defined objectives to determine eligibility for a Funded Account.
Funded Account means an account issued after you satisfy Evaluation objectives, or issued directly under the Direct to Funded product, from which Payouts may be requested subject to these Terms.
Maximum Loss Limit or MLL means the trailing threshold below which Account equity may not fall, calculated as described in Section 9.1, as specified for your Account size at the time of purchase.
Payout means a distribution of your share of profits from a Funded Account.
Restricted Jurisdiction means any country, territory, or region listed on the Restricted Jurisdictions page published on the Platform.
Starting Balance means the opening Account Balance at issuance, which equals the Account size, on both Evaluation and Funded Accounts.
Trading Rules means the account specifications, objectives, risk parameters, and conduct requirements published on the Platform and applicable to your Account.
