Risk Disclosure

1. INTRODUCTION

P1 Futures LLC ("P1 Futures," "we," "us," or "our") provides a skill-assessment and performance-based funding program in a simulated futures trading environment. This Statement describes the risks associated with our services. Please read it carefully before purchasing or using the Platform.

Because our program operates in a simulated environment, you are not trading your own capital in live markets, and a substantial portion of the financial risk present in live trading is removed. Your financial exposure to P1 Futures is limited to the fees you pay. Even so, trading carries real risks, and simulated trading has important limitations you must understand.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the matters in this Statement.

2. SIMULATED PERFORMANCE — CFTC RULE 4.41

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

3. THE SIMULATED ENVIRONMENT HAS LIMITATIONS

All Accounts operate in simulation. Your orders are not routed to any exchange and do not create positions in live markets. This removes real financial risk on your trades, but it also means the experience differs from live trading in ways that matter:
- Execution differs. Fills, slippage, order queue priority, and liquidity in a simulated environment may not
match how the same order would behave in a live market.
- Market behavior differs. Trading hours, available instruments, volatility, and market dynamics in simulation may differ from live conditions.
- Emotional and psychological factors differ. Without real money at risk on each trade, decision-making can differ from live trading. Traders may take on more risk, over-trade, or behave with less discipline than they would with their own capital at stake.
Success in the simulated environment does not guarantee, indicate, or predict success in live trading. You should treat the Platform as a skill-assessment and learning tool, not a forecast of real-market results.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS OR INCOME

Passing an Evaluation, receiving a Funded Account, or generating simulated profit does not guarantee any Payout, income, or continued access. Most participants do not pass evaluations, and most funded participants do not achieve sustained results.

Nothing on the Platform is a promise or guarantee of earnings. Any figures, examples, or testimonials are illustrative, may not represent typical results, and are not a guarantee of future performance.

5. FUTURES TRADING IS HIGH RISK

Even in simulation, the strategies you develop relate to futures trading, which involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. If you go on to trade in live markets, whether through P1 Futures or elsewhere, you should understand the following:
- You can lose money rapidly. Trading with limited resources or experience is generally not appropriate. You should be prepared to lose all funds committed to live trading, and you should never use money you cannot afford to lose, including retirement savings, borrowed funds, emergency funds, or money needed for living expenses.
- Leverage magnifies losses. Futures are leveraged instruments. In live markets, losses can exceed your initial deposit, and you may be required to add funds to maintain positions.
- Costs add up. Frequent trading generates commissions and fees that can materially reduce or eliminate profitability, even at low per-trade rates.
- Be skeptical of profit claims. Be cautious of any advertisement or statement promising large or easy profits from trading. Large, immediate losses are also possible.
- Markets can move against you fast. Volatility, exchange halts, gaps, and low-liquidity conditions can prevent timely execution and can occur without warning.
