P1 Futures LLC (“P1 Futures,” “P1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains:

This Policy applies to:

• The P1 Futures dashboard and related applications;
• Evaluations, simulated Funded Accounts and Live Accounts;
• Purchases, resets, activation fees and Payouts;
• Emails, text messages and customer-support communications;
• Official P1 Futures community channels; and
• Affiliate and promotional programs.

This Policy does not control third-party websites, platforms or services. Those providers maintain their own privacy policies.

By using the P1 Futures Platform, you acknowledge this Policy. When the law requires your consent, we will request it separately.

For the personal information covered by this Policy, P1 Futures generally acts as the data controller. This means we decide why and how that information is used.

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Platform, and from companies that help us provide our services.

• Account and identity information: Your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, username, country of citizenship and country of residence.

• Identity-verification information: Government-issued identification, proof of address, facial images and liveness-verification information.

• Payment information: Billing information and details about the payment method used. Full payment-card numbers are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by P1 Futures.

• Payout information: Info
rmation needed to process a Payout, including Payout details and tax documents such as IRS Form W-9 or Form W-8BEN.

• Trading and Account information: Evaluation and Funded Account performance, trading records and Account history.

• Communications: Emails, messages, support tickets, survey responses and other correspondence.

• Community content: Information you post in Discord, on social media, on leaderboards or in other public areas of the Platform.

• Affiliate information: Information needed to manage the affiliate program, track activity and pay commissions.

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

• Your IP address;
• Device type;
• Operating system;
• Browser type and language;
• Pages viewed;
• Links clicked;
• Time spent on pages;
• Referring pages;
• Navigation activity;
• Approximate location based on your IP address; and
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Approximate location may be used to help determine whether you are eligible to use the Platform under our Terms.

We may receive information from:

• Identity-verification and sanctions-screening providers;
• Payment and Payout providers;
• Advertising and analytics partners;
• Affiliates; and
• Other business partners.

These providers may confirm identity-verification results, sanctions or watchlist results, payment status, Payout status or marketing attribution.

Some information may be considered sensitive under applicable law, including:

• Government identification numbers;
• Biometric information;
• Financial-account information; and
• Precise or inferred location information.

We collect sensitive information only when needed to operate the Platform, verify your identity, meet legal obligations or process Payouts.

We do not sell sensitive personal information.

Our third-party identity-verification provider may capture a facial image, perform a liveness check and compare your face with your identification document.

This process may involve biometric identifiers or biometric information under laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act and the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act.

Why We Use It:

Biometric information is used only to:

• Confirm your identity;
• Prevent fraud;
• Detect duplicate Accounts; and
• Meet our compliance obligations.

We do not use biometric information for unrelated purposes.

Consent:

When consent is legally required, it will be requested during the verification process before biometric information is collected.

Sharing:

We do not sell, lease or trade biometric information.

It is shared only with the identity-verification provider performing the check or when disclosure is legally required.

Retention:

Biometric information is kept only as long as needed to complete the verification process or meet legal requirements.

It is then deleted according to our retention schedule and the verification provider’s practices.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We may share it in the following situations.

We may share information with providers that help us operate the Platform, including:

• Card and alternative-payment processors;
• Payout providers;
• Identity-verification and sanctions-screening providers;
• CRM, email and messaging platforms;
• Analytics and advertising providers;
• Trading-platform and data providers; and
• Hosting and cloud-service providers.

Some providers may operate outside the United States, including in the European Union.

We may disclose personal information to:

• Comply with a law or regulation;

• Protect P1 Futures, our traders or other people.

If P1 Futures is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The recipient will be required to follow this Policy or notify you of a material change.

We may share information within our corporate group when needed to operate the Platform consistently.

We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it no longer identifies you.

We will not attempt to re-identify that information.

We may share information when you direct us to do so, including information you choose to post publicly on the Platform or in our community channels.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, web beacons and similar technologies to:

• Operate the Platform;
• Maintain login and security features;
• Remember your preferences;
• Understand how the Platform is used;
• Measure advertising performance; and
• Attribute affiliate and influencer referrals.

Essential technologies are required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled.

The Platform uses:

• Google Analytics for website and usage analytics;
• Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and attribution;
• TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement and attribution; and
• GoHighLevel for CRM, funnels, forms, email and SMS tracking.

These providers may set their own cookies and collect information about your activity over time and across different websites.
Their own privacy policies apply to their use of information.

You may adjust your browser settings to block cookies or receive a warning before cookies are stored.

Some Platform features may not work properly when cookies are blocked.

You may also use opt-out services provided by the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance.

Where required by law, we honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals for targeted advertising and qualifying sales of personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your information;
• Access your personal information;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Request deletion;
• Receive a portable copy;
• Opt out of qualifying sales, targeted advertising or certain profiling;
• Limit certain uses of sensitive information;
• Withdraw consent; and
• Exercise your rights without discrimination.

We will verify your identity before completing a request. This may require confirming information we already have.

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request for you.

We generally respond within 45 days or within the period required by applicable law. We will notify you if additional time is needed.

There is normally no charge unless a request is excessive or repetitive.

If we decline your privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

If your appeal is denied and your state provides this option, you may contact your state Attorney General.

You can review and update much of your Account information by logging into the Platform.

Deleting certain information may require closing your Account. Some information may still be retained as explained below.

Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the rights described in Section 8.

We do not sell personal information for money or sell sensitive personal information.

Some advertising technologies may be treated as targeted advertising or a “sale” under applicable law. Texas residents may use the choices described in Section 7.3.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to:

• Know what information is collected;
• Access personal information;

California residents may use an authorized agent where legally permitted.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, you may have the right to:

• Object to certain processing;
• Withdraw consent; and
• Submit a complaint to your local supervisory authority.

We process information to perform our contract with you, operate and protect the Platform, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and carry out activities for which you provide consent.

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries.

When information is transferred outside the EEA or United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or a recognized adequacy mechanism.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to:

• Provide the Platform;
• Complete the purposes described in this Policy;
• Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations;
• Meet anti-money-laundering requirements; and
• Resolve disputes.

Records related to identity verification, payments and Payouts are generally retained for at least five years after our relationship with you ends.

Biometric information is retained only as long as needed for verification or as required by law.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or convert it into de-identified information.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information.

We also require our service providers to use appropriate protections.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot promise absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your Account credentials and carefully choosing what you share in public areas of the Platform.

If the law requires us to notify you of a data breach, we will provide that notification.

The P1 Futures Platform is not intended for anyone under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we learn that a minor provided personal information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor submitted information to P1 Futures, contact trade@p1futures.com

The Platform may link to third-party payment, Payout, trading and community services.

P1 Futures does not control these companies and is not responsible for their privacy practices.

Review each provider’s privacy policy before submitting information.

We may update this Privacy Policy.

The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. If the changes are material, we may also provide notice through the Platform or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
